Lab introduction The Molecular Biotechnology Lab searches for new food and drug materials with anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-atopic, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-obesity, anti-diabetic, and immunomodulatory properties from natural plant and microbial resources, and identifies the delivery mechanism.
    Major research area
    1. Exploration and development of new food and medicine materials from natural plant or microbial resources
    2. Molecular biological research related to the development of new food and drug materials
    3. Medical molecular biology research on hospital and clinical microbes
