    Lab introduction This laboratory was officially registered at Inje University in March 2020 and is improving field and clinical expertise through an MOU on education, research, and employment with the Seoul Paik Hospital Sports Medical Center. As research equipment possessed and utilized, there are cardiopulmonary function test equipment, musculoskeletal body change and posture measurement equipment, smart module robot fitness equipment, etc.
    Major research area
    • Research and development of exercise prescription and IT-based exercise program for chronic diseases (obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular system, cerebrovascular disease, etc.)
    • Research and development of exercise programs for prevention and management of musculoskeletal disorders through body type analysis, posture evaluation, strength and balance ability tests, etc.
    Major achievement
    • Development of a customized exercise program for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease (Ministry of Health and Welfare, 2015)
    • An empirical study for calculating the amount of health exercise for walking trails in Gimhae (2017, Gimhae)
    • Effect of exercise using mobile devices on cardiopulmonary function and metabolic syndrome indicators in obese women (2017, Inje University)
    • Effects of exercise using mobile device on cardiopulmonary function, metabolic risk factor and self-efficacy in obese women (2017, Poster Award, Korean Society of Exercise Rehabilitation)
    • Effect of graded walking exercise on BAT browning factor and HMW adiponectin level in menopausal women (2019, Poster Award, Korean Society of Exercise Rehabilitation)
